How does it work?
I will walk you through each of the steps I follow to create a film
1. Exploration Call
During this phase, I meet with the client to discuss the vision and message of the video. My main goal is to figure out what is the message you want to convey to your audience.
2. Pre-Production
Once we have a clear message, it's time to start planning. This is arguably the most important phase in any film. We will nail down the details of a filming schedule, scout locations, plan interviews, and obtain any permits required.
3. Production
This is much more than just showing up with a camera and pressing record! However, because we put in the work during pre-production, I arrive ready to capture the video and audio that we need to tell your story!
4. Post Production
Also known as "editing." This is where I craft the story together! I compile all of the footage, pull audio from interviews, find the right music to fit the mood... etc. This can be a lengthy process but this is where all of the hard work pays off as we transition from a concept into a video!
5. Revisions
I don't just finish your video and hand it off without any input! Through 3 different rounds of revisions, I will work with you to re-edit/change parts of the video(s) as needed. Throughout each round we should be getting much closer to the final vision that we both have in mind.
6. Final Delivery
Once we have a finished product, I will send you the finished video using whatever delivery method is most convenient for you. Also, I will deliver the video in the format that best suits your needs. Once you have it, you are ready share on your website, social media page, or send directly to clients, family, and friends!
